   I was at this event, and enjoyed it immensely. Having just finished reading Mountain City Girls (a Christmas present from my kids), I regret that I didn’t buy the book in April, and gotten it autographed by Anna and Jane then and there. It was a fun and entertaining evening. The book has sent me off to look for youtube performances of the McGarrigles – the best for me being the Complainte pour Ste. Catherine from Dutch television in 1976 or 1977. I also thought back to when I met Kate and Anna, at the Ottawa Folk Festival in 2001. I was so taken by them. I have always loved Anna’s voice. Hope all is well with you, Anna!
