So great to see this ….. gem of a song finally getting public exposure.

I have always wondered why it wasn’t included on any of your albums. I know you had plenty of great songs to choose from, but to me this one is up there with the best of the best any of you have written. I guess its possible future inclusion in the musical that never was was what put it on hold.

Yes, I’ve always loved both “I Am a Diamond” and “Blind Trust”, having heard them in concert. Sad that no recorded versions seem to exist.

Coincidentally, or is it, just watching a “Murdoch Mysteries” episode built around a scheme involving Casie Chadwick! Could Martha’s comments on this song being part of a larger ‘rock opera’ by Kate and Anna on the life of Chadwick have inspired a CBC script writer for the show?
