   I was introduced to the pleasures of your art with this album, a handful of years after it was issued, in my wife and I’s first years of marriage. A library LP did get taped, and the cassette was a staple for car trips thereafter–I have purchased it a couple times since then. Happy birthday, Kate.

   It sounds great. I was skeptical that there would be a noticible difference between this and prior releases, but even my elderly ears noticed an immediate improvement.

   For so many years I enjoy your timeless and beautiful Music. I was so lucky to visit your concert in Hamburg you gave in „Die Fabrik“. You came right from a Festival in Denmark. The concert was just great and I will never forget it. Kates Death is still a big loss.

   Hello, I recently watched Caroline Leaf’s documentary from 1981. In the film you’re writing and rehearsing a banjo-driven song that includes the lyrics “had a little pony / walked him in the meadow.” Such a lovely song! Does this song appear on any album? If so, I haven’t found it yet. Thanks so much for your music.
